The story behind the Berceau footrest : the aptly named

Designed by the ZAMAK design® studio in the manner of a child’s cradle, the Berceau seating system reveals its structure in all simplicity.
The graphic outline of the wooden frame thus creates an enveloping bassinet that supports the cushions and provides comfortable seating.
The Berceau range includes a 2.5-seater sofa, armchair and footrest.

In the vocabulary of gardens, the cradle of greenery (Berceau de verdure in french) designates the arch of foliage shading a pathway or a plant alcove protecting from prying eyes.
