ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
Selected for the quality of their services, our transporters deliver your outdoor furniture.
Nevertheless, at the time of delivery, you must unpack the product in the presence of the deliveryman/courier and check that the product received corresponds to the order and does not show any damage before signing the delivery note.
In the event of an anomaly:
- indicate the nature of the damage: breakage, deformation, scratches, stains, etc. It should be specified whether the packaging of the product received is damaged. Similarly, if a delivery error is found, the customer must specify the nature of the error: wrong colour, wrong reference, etc.
- send us these reservations within 48 hours by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any complaint sent after these deadlines will not be accepted.
If no reservation is made, the product delivered is deemed to be in conformity and cannot be the subject of any subsequent dispute.
Customers of the site www.lescarpolette.com benefit, in accordance with the law and Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable on the site, from a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the day following the date of receipt of the products ordered.
PIn order to exercise this right and receive a refund, the customer must contact customer service by email (email@example.com) in order to notify this cancellation using the withdrawal form prior to any reshipment of the product, indicating the product or products concerned.
Returned products are shipped at the customer's expense and risk.
The product(s) must be returned in its (their) original packaging and in good condition, together with all accessories and documentation. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

L'Escarpolette offers its customers the option to collect their ordered products from their workshop. This will allow a meeting on site with the teams who made the products and will, of course, avoid the invoicing of costs related to the delivery.
